So I should have blogged when I weighed in after one week however I was a little disappointed because I actually gained a pound. Despite the smoothies and the increased movement I gained. Decided it could be two things...not taking my prescription and/or too many calories for lunch. So I did both...restarted my prescription and switched to Lean Cuisines and Green Giant Veggies for lunches. Will do the same again this week AND increase movement again and fingers crossed we'll keep on the downward track.
