Two weeks makes a habit...or so "they" say

So I should have blogged when I weighed in after one week however I was a little disappointed because I actually gained a pound.  Despite the smoothies and the increased movement I gained.  Decided it could be two things...not taking my prescription and/or too many calories for lunch. So I did both...restarted my prescription and switched to Lean Cuisines and Green Giant Veggies for lunches.  Will do the same again this week AND increase movement again and fingers crossed we'll keep on the downward track.

Anonimity but Accountability

A third of the year is gone! Where did it go?  I know I have been in a bit of a daze since Mum passed away in January...3 months ago...I'll never be the same.

But I'm 40 next year and I want to be different.  It seems when 2015 started I either got fat and happy with GW  ...or... my metabolism (the little I had) went and left town.

So I found "Organize Yourself Skinny". It meets both weaknesses I have right now. Too much fat and bad eating.  So for the coming week I'll have homemade green smoothies for weekday breakfasts and get 3 days of treadmill exercise. That's it.  I can do that without beating myself up.

and based on Organize Yourself Skinny I've made 2 and put them in the freezer. The trick will be to remember to take them out on the way to work :-)
